You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

All educational content provided on TALEEMI AI is for educational purposes only.

We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information but make no guarantees about completeness or accuracy.

Content is designed to supplement, not replace, formal education and professional guidance.

Users should verify information independently before making important decisions based on our content.

TALEEMI AI uses artificial intelligence to provide personalized learning experiences.

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.

Refunds are provided according to our refund policy, available separately.

We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days notice.

You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.

Academic dishonesty, including sharing answers or cheating, is strictly prohibited.

All content on TALEEMI AI, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is our property or licensed to us.

Content is protected by Pakistani and international copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

User-generated content remains the property of the user but grants us license to use it for platform improvement.

TALEEMI AI and its suppliers will not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our platform.

This includes direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for our services in the past 12 months.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the platform will cease immediately.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team.

Termination does not relieve you of any obligations incurred prior to termination.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time.

Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the platform.

Your continued use of TALEEMI AI after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.

Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in Pakistani courts.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and TALEEMI AI.
